This grilled peach burrata salad highlights the creaminess of this mozzarella and cream cheese, while watermelon adds freshness to the dish.

- 4peaches,cut into half-inch thick wedges
- Olive oil spray,Misto or Bertolli
- 4small balls burrata cheese,(1 lb total)
- 4cupsseedless watermelon,cubed
- ½cupwatercress,loosely packed
- 2tbspbalsamic glaze
Instructions

Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat (or preheat a grill to medium-high).

Spray the peaches with oil, then grill them cut sides down for about 2 minutes per side, just long enough to make marks.

To serve, place a ball of burrata in the center of each of 4 plates and arrange the grilled peaches, watermelon cubes, and watercress around it.
