A vegetarian burger recipe made with chickpea flour, veggies, and spices.

Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped zucchini
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, avocado, cheese
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, water, olive oil, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Add chopped onion, red bell pepper, mushrooms, zucchini, and minced garlic into the batter. Mix well.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Scoop 1/4 cup batter and flatten it on the pan, forming a patty shape. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden. Repeat with the remaining batter.

Toast burger buns. Assemble burgers with the veggie patties and optional toppings.
