Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 30 minutes
Total: 40 minutes

  • 4 hake fillets
  • 1 cup of white beans, soaked overnight
  • 1 chorizo sausage, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 cups of chicken or fish broth
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  1. Rinse the soaked white beans and set aside.

  2. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat and sauté the chorizo, onion, and garlic until fragrant.

  3. Add the white beans to the pot and stir well. Pour in the broth and bring to a boil.
