How To Make Pan-fried sprouts & crunchy chorizo crumbs

A delicious and crispy dish with pan-fried sprouts and crunchy chorizo crumbs.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 oz of chorizo, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup of bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

  2. Add chorizo and cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes.

  3. Remove chorizo from the pan and set aside.

  4. In the same pan, add Brussels sprouts and cook for 8-10 minutes, until tender and slightly browned.

  5. In a separate small pan, add bread crumbs and toast them over medium heat until golden brown.

  6. Sprinkle the toasted bread crumbs and cooked chorizo over the pan-fried sprouts.

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
