How To Make Pan-fried sprouts & crunchy chorizo crumbs
A delicious and crispy dish with pan-fried sprouts and crunchy chorizo crumbs.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb of Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 oz of chorizo, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup of bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add chorizo and cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes.

Remove chorizo from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add Brussels sprouts and cook for 8-10 minutes, until tender and slightly browned.

In a separate small pan, add bread crumbs and toast them over medium heat until golden brown.

Sprinkle the toasted bread crumbs and cooked chorizo over the pan-fried sprouts.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot and enjoy!
