  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup of teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup of rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.

  2. Brush salmon fillets with teriyaki sauce and place on the grill.

  3. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until salmon is cooked through.

  4. In a bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Toss to coat the cucumbers.

  5. Remove salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.

  6. Serve grilled salmon with cucumber salad on the side.

  7. Garnish with sesame seeds.
