  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

  4. Grill or bake the salmon for about 4-6 minutes per side, or until it is cooked to your desired level of doneness.

  5. Remove the salmon from the grill or oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
