Ingredients
- 4 fresh mackerel fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.

Season the mackerel fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

Once the skillet is hot, add the fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until crispy and fully cooked.

Remove the fillets from the skillet and place them on a paper towel to remove any excess oil.
