Ingredients

  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 cup of lukewarm milk
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, and baking powder.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together.

  3. Gradually add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and stir until a dough forms.

  4. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rest for around 10-15 minutes.

  5. In a large pot, bring water to a boil.

  6. Using wet hands, shape the dough into small football-shaped dumplings.

  7. Gently drop the dumplings into the boiling water and let them cook for around 15-20 minutes.

  8. Remove the dumplings from the water, let them drain, and serve.
