Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1lb mackerel, diced
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- Seaweed flakes (optional)
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic.

Add diced mackerel to the mixture and let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.

In a serving bowl, add a scoop of cooked rice.

Top with marinated mackerel, sliced cucumber, and avocado.
