How To Make Mackerel and Potato Casserole Recipe
A hearty baked casserole dish, filled with flaky mackerel and tender potatoes, perfect for a satisfying dinner.

Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
 - 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 2 tsp dried thyme
 - 1 tsp paprika
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
 - 2 cans of mackerel in olive oil, drained
 - 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
 - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
 
Instructions
- 
Preheat oven to 375°F.
 - 
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
 - 
Add potatoes, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Sauté for 10 minutes until potatoes are tender.
 - 
Remove skillet from heat and fold in drained mackerel, parsley, and breadcrumbs.
 - 
Pour mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown on top.
