Have a healthy and refreshing frozen fruit smoothie made with an icy blend of apple juice and frozen fruits in one drink to ease the hot days of summer.

  • cupsapple juice
  • 2cupsassorted frozen fruitcherries, raspberries, blueberries, and mango
  • ¾cupvanilla Greek yogurt
  • additional fruit and/or mint sprigsfor garnish, optional


  1. Place the juice, fruit, and yogurt in a blender.

  2. Blend until completely smooth.

  3. Pour into 2 glasses. Garnish with additional fruit and mint sprigs if desired.
