How To Make Mojo Pork Ribs

Ingredients
- 4country-style pork ribsrinsed, or more as needed
- 1dashseasoned saltto taste
- 1dashgarlic powderto taste
- ground black pepperto taste
- 1tbspVegetable Oil
- ½yellow onioncut into wedges
- ¼cupfresh cilantroto taste
- 1cupmojo citrus marinade
- 1cupchicken broth
- 1splashorange juice
Instructions

Season ribs with seasoned salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.

Heat oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat. Add onion and cook and stir for about 5 minutes until soft,. Add cilantro. Add ribs; cook for about 3 minutes until browned on 1 side.

Turn and cook until the other side is browned for about 2 to 3 minutes more.

Pour in enough marinade to coat ribs; then continue to brown for about 3 minutes more. Add chicken broth and orange juice to cover ribs.

Close cooker securely and place pressure regulator over vent according to manufacturer’s instructions. Heat for about 5 minutes until steam escapes in a steady flow.

Reduce pressure and cook for 20 to 25 minutes until ribs are tender.

Let pressure release according to the manufacturer’s instructions for about 5 to 10 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid.
