Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup pitted dates, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until a dough forms.

  3. Press the dough into a tart pan, making sure to evenly distribute it along the sides and bottom.

  4. Arrange the chopped dates and sliced almonds on top of the tart crust.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the tart is golden brown and set.

  6. Allow the tart to cool before serving. Slice into wedges and enjoy!
