- 1 sheet of frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 2 large peaches, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the puff pastry onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix together the almond flour and sugar. Spread this mixture evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a 1-inch border.

Arrange the peach slices on top of the almond mixture, overlapping slightly.

In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter and almond extract. Drizzle this mixture over the peaches.
