- 125g ground almonds
- 75g whole wheat flour
- 40g coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 125g fresh raspberries
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a tart tin.

In a bowl, mix together the ground almonds, whole wheat flour, coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, eggs, and almond extract.

Spoon the mixture into the tart tin and spread it evenly.
