How To Make Clementine & Prosecco Jellies
Jelly desserts don’t always have to mean ordinary gelatin dishes in cups. With our tasty jelly recipes, a jelly dessert will make you become the talk of the town before you know it.

Ingredients
- 8 clementines
- 200 ml prosecco
- 100 ml fresh orange juice
- 100 g sugar
- 4 gelatin leaves
Instructions

Juice 4 clementines and strain the juice. Set aside.

Cut the other 4 clementines into thin slices and set aside.

In a saucepan, combine the prosecco, orange juice, and sugar. Heat gently until the sugar dissolves.

Meanwhile, soak the gelatin leaves in cold water for 5 minutes until softened.

Remove the gelatin leaves from the water and squeeze out any excess water.

Add the gelatin leaves to the warm prosecco mixture and stir until completely dissolved.

Pour the mixture into molds or ramekins, filling each halfway.

Add a few slices of clementine into each mold and top with more prosecco mixture.

Place in the refrigerator to set for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Once set, remove from molds and serve chilled.
