Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Roll out the pre-made pie crust and press it into a 9-inch tart pan.

  3. Spread the peanut butter evenly over the bottom of the crust, followed by the strawberry jam.

  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, granulated sugar, softened butter, egg, vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.

  5. Pour the almond mixture over the peanut butter and jam in the tart pan, spreading it out evenly.

  6. Sprinkle the sliced almonds on top of the tart.

  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set.

  8. Allow the tart to cool before serving.
