Ingredients

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Vegetable oil, for grilling

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, and salt to make a marinade.

  2. Add lamb chops to the marinade and coat them well. Let marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for better flavor.

  3. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

  4. Remove lamb chops from marinade and discard the excess marinade. Brush each chop with vegetable oil.

  5. Grill the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is achieved.

  6. Serve hot with naan bread, rice, and mint yogurt sauce.
