How To Make Lamb Chops with Indian Spices

Ingredients
- 8 lamb chops
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- Vegetable oil, for grilling
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, and salt to make a marinade.

Add lamb chops to the marinade and coat them well. Let marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for better flavor.

Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Remove lamb chops from marinade and discard the excess marinade. Brush each chop with vegetable oil.

Grill the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is achieved.

Serve hot with naan bread, rice, and mint yogurt sauce.
