- 1/2 cup assorted olives
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- Fresh dill, for garnish
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Arrange the smoked salmon slices on a serving platter.

Place the pickled vegetables, olives, capers, and lemon slices around the salmon.
