  • 8 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup pickled vegetables (such as artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, and roasted bell peppers)
  • 1/2 cup assorted olives
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • Fresh dill, for garnish
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Arrange the smoked salmon slices on a serving platter.

  2. Place the pickled vegetables, olives, capers, and lemon slices around the salmon.

  3. Drizzle the dish with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Garnish with fresh dill.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
