  • 2 ripe pears, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a tart pan with butter or cooking spray.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine almond meal, flour, oats, brown sugar, melted butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.

  3. Press the mixture into the greased tart pan, covering the bottom and sides evenly.

  4. Arrange the sliced pears on top of the almond mixture in a decorative pattern.

  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the pears are soft.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool before serving.
