How To Make Fruity Pork Steaks

Ingredients
- 4 pork steaks
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Fresh pineapple slices (for garnish)
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions

In a bowl, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, ginger powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Place pork steaks in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Remove pork steaks from the marinade and discard the marinade.

Cook the pork steaks in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and nicely browned.

Remove the pork steaks from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.

Serve the pork steaks with fresh pineapple slices and garnish with fresh cilantro.
