Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup Amarena cherries, drained
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, sugar, salt, and melted butter. Press this mixture into a tart pan to form the crust.

Arrange the drained Amarena cherries on top of the crust.

In another bowl, beat the eggs, heavy cream, and almond extract until well combined. Pour this mixture over the cherries.

Sprinkle sliced almonds on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the tart is golden brown and set.
