A delicious blend of shrimp, spinach, and cheese-filled ravioli, served with a tangy lemon cream sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb. spinach and cheese-filled ravioli
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink.

  4. Deglaze the pan with white wine and let reduce for 2 minutes.

  5. Add heavy cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  6. Add cooked ravioli and spinach to the pan, stir well to combine.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
