How To Make Easy Red Velvet Cheesecake

Have a bite and more of this easy-to-make red velvet cheesecake for dessert! It made with a layer of red velvet cake, then topped with tasty cream cheese.

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes
Chill Time: 4 hours
Total: 4 hours 30 minutes



For Red Velvet Cake:

  • 1boxred velvet cake mix
  • 1egg
  • ½cupvegetable oil
  • cupmilk

For No Bake Cheesecake:

  • 12ozcream cheese
  • cupspowdered sugar
  • cupsheavy cream
  • 1tspvanilla

For Optional Toppings:

  • whipped cream,for decorating
  • raspberries


Red Velvet Cake:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease the bottom and sides of a 10-inch springform pan.

  2. Combine the dry cake mix, egg, oil and milk.

  3. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes or until smooth. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan.

  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.

No Bake Cheesecake:

  1. Beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.

  2. Add in the heavy cream, then continue beating, until thick and creamy and stiff peaks form.

To Assemble:

  1. Run a butter knife around the edges of the red velvet cake to loosen it.

  2. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the cooled red velvet cake.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

  4. Serve with whipped cream and raspberries, and enjoy!
