Ingredients
- 500g pork liver, cleaned and sliced
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the pork liver, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, parsley, salt, black pepper, thyme, nutmeg, and cayenne pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Heat the cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the liver mixture and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liver is cooked through and the onion is softened.

Transfer the cooked liver mixture to a greased baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
