How To Make Pineapple Panna Cotta
Ingredients
Coconut layer
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp gelatin powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Pineapple layer
- 1 cup pineapple, chopped up with juice
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 tsp gelatin powder
Toppings
- Cashews, as desired
- Basil, as desired
Instructions
Making the coconut layer

Put coconut cream, milk, sugar and salt in a pot over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

Add gelatin and chia seeds. Stir until the gelatin is well dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Let it cool down.
Making the pineapple layer

Put pineapple pieces and juice, sugar and salt in another pot. Stir until the sugar dissolves,.

Add the gelatin and stir again until all is dissolved.
Making the dessert

Pour the pineapple mixture in a cup until it sets, about half an hour.

Pour the coconut jelly to make another layer and chill for another half an hour.

Top with cashews and basil.
