  • ½ gallon whole milk
  • 1 ⅓ cups white sugar
  • 1 cup pearl tapioca, small
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Combine sugar, milk, eggs, and tapioca in a slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low, stirring once per hour, for 6 hours.
  3. Turn off heat, and stir vanilla into pudding.
  4. Serve warm.
