Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Whipped cream and chopped pecans, for topping (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix together the mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, melted butter, milk, beaten eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.

Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until the pudding is set and slightly golden on top.
