  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp bourbon (optional)
  • 1 pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped pecans and chocolate chips.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.

  4. Add the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and bourbon (if using) to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.

  5. Pour the filling over the pecans and chocolate chips, and stir until evenly coated.

  6. Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and pour the filling mixture into the crust.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
