  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, divided
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup bourbon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crushed vanilla wafers, chopped pecans, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, and cocoa powder.

  2. Add the corn syrup and bourbon to the bowl and mix until well combined.

  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
