- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup powdered sugar, divided
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup bourbon

In a large bowl, combine the crushed vanilla wafers, chopped pecans, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, and cocoa powder.
