- 2 lb Velveeta Cheese (room temperature)
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 ½ cup mayonnaise
- 8 oz beer
- Cut cheese in small pieces.
- Place in a large bowl.
- Add the spices and mix with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add 7 oz. of the beer and continue mixing.
- If needed, add the next ounce of beer and mix until completely smooth.
- Add extra Tabasco sauce if you like it really hot.
