 
          How To Make Kiwi Fruit Pie Recipe
A sweet and tangy dessert pie filled with sliced kiwi fruit.

Ingredients
- 1 ready-made pie crust
- 4 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup water
- Green food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- 
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 
- 
Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish. 
- 
Layer the sliced kiwi fruit in the pie crust. 
- 
Mix together sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a saucepan. 
- 
Add water and cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. 
- 
Add green food coloring (optional). 
- 
Pour the mixture over the kiwi fruit in the pie crust. 
- 
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown. 
- 
Cool to room temperature before serving.
