How To Make Fresh Peach Pie

Peach provides a refreshing and sweet treat, especially for the warm climate.

  • 1 ½ cup white sugar
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 oz. peach gelatin
  • 4 cups peaches, peeled , pitted and sliced
  • 9 pie shells, baked


  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and cornstarch.
  2. Add water and bring to a boil.
  3. Continue to boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Stir in the peach gelatin mix, remove from heat and allow to cool.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches with the gelatin mixture.
  6. Gently stir until peach slices are coated with gelatin.
  7. Pour into baked pie shells.
  8. Refrigerate until set.
