Our cookie pie is stuffed with warm and gooey cookies inside a flaky pie crust. Bake this rich and decadent dessert in just under 2 hours!

Ingredients

  • 1pie shell,9-inch, unbaked
  • 2large eggs
  • ½cupall-purpose flour
  • ½cupgranulated sugar
  • ½cupbrown sugar,packed
  • 1tspvanilla extract
  • 1stickbutter,softened
  • 1cupmilk chocolate chips
  • 1cupmilk chocolate caramel chips
  • ½cupcaramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

  2. Beat the eggs in large mixer bowl on high speed until foamy.

  3. Add in the flour, brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla. Beat in the butter until combined.

  4. Stir in the milk chocolate chips and milk chocolate caramel chips.

  5. Pour the mixture into pie shell, then even the mixture out in the shell.

  6. Bake for 60 minutes.

  7. Warm the caramel sauce for 15 seconds in the microwave, then pour them over the pie slices.

  8. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream, and enjoy!
