How To Make Unbelievably Easy Mince Pies

Ingredients
- 1 package pre-made pie crusts
- 1 cup mincemeat
- 1 egg, beaten
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the pie crusts on a lightly floured surface.

Using a round cookie cutter, cut out circles from the pie crusts and press them into a greased muffin tin.

Fill each pie crust with a spoonful of mincemeat.

Cut out smaller circles from the remaining pie crusts to create a lid for each pie. Place them on top of the mincemeat filling.

Brush the tops of the pies with beaten egg.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
