  • 1 pre-made chocolate cookie crust
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and melted butter until smooth.

  2. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly into the chocolate cookie crust.

  3. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until just simmering.

  4. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips to the warm cream. Let it sit for a minute, then stir until smooth.

  5. Pour the chocolate ganache over the peanut butter layer in the crust, spreading it out evenly.

  6. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top if desired.

  7. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until set.

  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
