Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions

Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Stir until smooth and set aside to cool slightly.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

In a small saucepan, whisk together the egg yolks and granulated sugar. Place over low heat and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.

Remove the saucepan from heat and gradually pour in the melted chocolate, stirring until well combined. Let it cool for 5 minutes.

Gently fold in the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until fully incorporated.
