Ingredients

  • 1 cup of fresh mint leaves
  • 4 limes, juiced
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 cup of white rum
  • 2 cups of ice
  • Soda water, to top

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, muddle the mint leaves.

  2. Add the lime juice and sugar, and stir until the sugar is dissolved.

  3. Pour in the white rum and mix well.

  4. Fill 4 glasses with ice and divide the mojito mixture evenly among the glasses.

  5. Top each glass with soda water.

  6. Garnish with additional mint leaves and lime slices, if desired.

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
