How To Make Baked Nutella Churro Donut Holes
Satisfy your donut cravings with bites of these churro donut holes! It’s filled with the crowd-favorite Nutella spread, and coated in a cinnamon-sugar mix.

Ingredients
For Donut Holes:
- 1cupflour,plain or all-purpose
- 2tbspwhite granulated sugar
- ¼tspsalt
- 1tspbaking powder
- ½tspbaking soda
- 2tbspcanola oil
- 1large egg
- 2tsppure vanilla extract
- ½cupmilk
For Filling:
- ⅓cupNutella,melted
For Coating:
- 1tbspunsalted butter,melted
- ⅓cupwhite granulated sugar
- 2tspground cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 24-count mini muffin tray with cooking oil spray, and wipe over excess with a paper towel. Set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda together.

Make a well in the center, then add the oil, egg, vanilla, and milk. Whisk the batter until smooth and lump-free.

Scoop about 2 teaspoons of the batter into each muffin hole, filling up to ¾ full.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden in color and a toothpick inserted into the center of a donut comes out clean.

Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then transfer the donut holes onto a cooling rack. Brush each donut over with a light coating of melted butter.

Combine the sugar and cinnamon together in a shallow bowl. Toss each donut hole into the cinnamon sugar mix until evenly coated.

Fill a piping bag with the Nutella. Then, using a narrow nozzle, fill each donut with the Nutella until they puff up and expand.
