How To Make Pistachio Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 200g pistachios
- 200g cream cheese
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a food processor, grind the pistachios until finely chopped.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pistachios, graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the vanilla extract and mix well.

Add in the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Gradually add in the flour and mix until just combined.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes or until the cheesecake is set and slightly golden on top.

Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
