Ingredients

  • 8 sausages, sliced
  • 250g noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

  3. Add the sliced sausages and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil and sauté the bell pepper, onion, and garlic until they are tender.

  5. Add the cooked noodles, cooked sausages, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to the skillet. Stir-fry for a few more minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
