  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Fresh berries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.

  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix until well blended.

  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

  4. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan, spreading it evenly.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.

  6. Garnish with fresh berries before serving.
