How To Make Easy Sour Cream Cheesecake Recipe

- 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 16 oz of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 2 eggs
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to create the crust.

In another mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Add the sour cream and eggs to the cream cheese mixture and continue to beat until well combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set and slightly jiggly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
