An incredible no-bake cherry cheesecake that'll sure to loved by your loved ones. This recipe makes use of canned cherry topping for convenience but it definitely is one tasty treat.

Ingredients

For Pie Crust:

  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter

For Cheese Filling:

  • 2 cups Cool Whip
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sugar

For Topping:

  • 2 cans cherry pie filling, any pie filling will work - blueberry is awesome!

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter together.
  2. Pour into a 9”x13” pan and press down with the back of a spoon.
  3. In a separate bowl, blend the cool whip, cream cheese and sugar together on a low to medium setting.
  4. Spread the mix evenly over the crust.
  5. Add the cherry pie filling evenly over the cheese filling.
  6. Refrigerate for an hour. It can also be made a day in advance of serving.
