How To Make Chocolate Marshmallow Haystacks

  • 2 unsweetened chocolate squares , melted
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 3 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • tsp salt
  • flaked coconuts


  1. Beat cream cheese and milk together until well blended; beat in powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt.
  2. Stir in the chocolate and fold in marshmallows.
  3. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls into flaked coconut.
  4. Toss until well coated.
  5. Place on a cookie sheet and chill until firm.
  6. Makes 4 dozen.
