Ingredients
- 2 unsweetened chocolate squares , melted
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- ⅛ tsp salt
- flaked coconuts
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese and milk together until well blended; beat in powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Stir in the chocolate and fold in marshmallows.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls into flaked coconut.
- Toss until well coated.
- Place on a cookie sheet and chill until firm.
- Makes 4 dozen.
