These are gorgeous little candies with strawberry flavor from gelatin with pecans and coconut. Our strawberry candy recipe makes a lovely gift or a beautiful addition to a sweet tray.

How To Make Candy Strawberries
Flavored by sweet strawberry gelatin and sweetened condensed milk, these candy strawberries are given a nice crunchy texture wtih the chopped pecans and the shredded coconut.
Ingredients
- 6 oz strawberry gelatin, (2 boxes), dry
- Âľ cup condensed milk, sweetened
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 1 cup coconut, finely shredded
- ½ cup red decorating sugar
- ½ cup green decorating sugar
Instructions
- Mix gelatin, condensed milk, pecans, and coconut in a large mixing bowl.
- Shape into strawberries using your hands.
- Dip the pointed end into the red decorating sugar and the stem end into the green.
- Place on waxed paper and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
- Green toothpicks and green hulls purchased at a cake decorating center may be used if desired. Serve and enjoy.
