How To Make Peach Cobbler Mug Cake

This peach cobbler can be made in a mug and comes together in just 5 minutes. It’s the perfect recipe for when you want a dessert just for you.

Total: 9 minutes



  • 1tbspbutter
  • 3tbspwhite cake mix
  • 2tspcinnamon
  • tbspmilk
  • 4ozdiced peaches,in light syrup
  • pinchnutmeg


  1. Place butter in a mug and melt in microwave.

  2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl whisk together cake mix and cinnamon then whisk in milk and stir until well blended.

  3. Without stirring, pour the mixture over melted butter in the mug.

  4. Drain off 2 tablespoons of liquid from the peaches (about ⅔ of the liquid).

  5. Without stirring, pour peaches over top of the cake mix.

  6. Microwave on 50% power for about 3 to 4 minutes, or until the desired doneness.

  7. Allow to cool slightly then top with vanilla ice cream and a light dusting of cinnamon if desired.
