Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, 1/2 cup sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well and set aside.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, remaining 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  4. Stir in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  5. Pour the batter into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.

  6. Spoon the peach mixture evenly over the batter.

  7. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbling.

  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
