Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, 1/2 cup sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well and set aside.

In another bowl, whisk together the flour, remaining 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Stir in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Pour the batter into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.

Spoon the peach mixture evenly over the batter.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
