- 6chicken thighsbone in and skin on
- ¼cupsake
- ¼cupsugar
- ½cupmirin
- ½cuplite soy sauce
- 2tbspgarlicminced
- 1tbspgingerminced

- sesame seedsfor garnish, optional
Instructions

Add all the ingredients into a 6-quart slow cooker and arrange the chicken skin side up.
