  • ½cupmirin
  • ½cuplite soy sauce
  • 2tbspgarlicminced
  • 1tbspgingerminced

  1. Add all the ingredients into a 6-quart slow cooker and arrange the chicken skin side up.

  2. Cook on High for 4 to 5 hours or on Low for 7 to 8 hours.
